The Cassidy Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet has a classic design with modern functions, making it ideal for a traditional, rustic, or modern kitchen. Unlike other pull-down faucets, that trend toward the contemporary style, the classical elegance of this faucet allows you to create a unique kitchen without sacrificing Delta’s innovation.
It is simple to clean by touching clean spray holes, which allows for the cleanliness of the inner side of the faucet and the removal of all dust, dirt, and other debris all at once. Shield Spray Technology encases the water splash in a protected sphere, giving you more control over the spray. According to the manufacturer, the technology produces 90 percent less splash than a typical spray.
A controlled 1.8 GPM flow with a pressure of 60 psi is also available on the Cassidy. The water outlet on the faucet can be extended up to 20 inches and rotated 360 degrees, giving your sink plenty of room to handle heavy dishes. Additionally to the LED temperature display, there is an on-off warning light that indicates when batteries are low, although Delta’s touch models have a battery life of two to five years, which is more than adequate. One thing to remember is to clean the pull-down faucet spray head correctly to avoid any future problems.

What do customers say about Delta Cassidy Kitchen Faucet?
It was beautiful, to begin with, but after a while, it started doing exactly what the other reviews pointed out – I, too, ended up tapping frantically trying to get it to operate. The solution is to use a battery tester. However, the Duracells sometimes provided just enough juice to work.
In doing the battery testing, I found out that depending on the model and the version of the wires, they can’t touch any metal under the sink. I am in love with it again.

It looks great and is of high quality. However, I do have one complaint: the water supply lines that come attached are very long, which is fine, but they are not flexible enough to fit your supply valve without bending them under the sink. It would have been easier if I knew ahead of time that the supply valve would have a 90-degree outlet. Other than that, this product is great and well worth the money.

FAQs
Q1. How do you choose between hot & cold water with this faucet?
The faucet incorporates a two-position integrated handle limit stop. Assuming the handle is in position 1 (to the left), the user can move the handle in full motion (from “cold” to “hot”). In the manufacture, the faucet is set to position 1. Half of the regular handle motion is available in position 2, to the right.
Q2. How do normalize the reduced water flow?
Reduced flow is typically caused by the debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open it, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet.
